1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PropWizard AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PropWizard AI and its licensors.

3. User Data & AI Generation

You retain all rights to the data you submit to our service. By submitting data, you grant us the right to process it via third-party AI models (including Google Gemini) solely for the purpose of generating your requested proposals and documents.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PropWizard AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
